The UAE Embassy attestation is the process which is to be completed on the original certificate. The designated officer of the concerned department from the UAE Embassy will be authenticated with a stamp on the original document.

If the country where the certificate intended to use is non-member of Hague convention, then the certificate needs embassy attestation. The UAE is a nonmember of Hague convention country.

The Attestation on a certificate for UAE, is the act of verifying a certificate by authorized person/department/Authority of their official seal and signature. This attestation on certificate confirms that a specified certificate had been issued by the university or board and seal and signature on the particular certificate are genuine and correct. Embassy attestation is the evidence by which certificates are attested on the indication that make it evident of proof.

Educational certificates have to be attested at the regional authentication center, under the state govt. and commercial documents to be attested to the home department of the state govt.

The UAE embassy will attest all the certificate and document if the certificate attested by the ministry of external affairs, without the MEA attestation on the document it would not be accepted in the embassy.
